Refunds, exchanges, or returns

Since products are unique and only printed once ordered, refunds, returns and exchanges are not supported.

Spudz Boutique Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded                                                                               

Spudz Boutique will not be responsible and will not offer refunds, returns and exchanges If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Please take note: If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

 

Damaged/defective product

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to Info@spudzboutique.com within 30 days of product delivery along with the required photo or video proof.


Note
For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Reprint

If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact Spudz Boutique Merchant Support Info@spudzboutique.com and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That's our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that reprints are issued. 

If you have any questions, encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at Info@spudzboutique.com and provide your order number.

Cancellation

You can cancel or make changes to your order. This includes adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method.

However, if the order has been sent to production, it means that the data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on fulfilling the order. As a result, it will not be possible to request cancellation at this point. Please note that canceling an order on your end does not automatically cancel the corresponding order.  Please reach out to info@spudzboutique.com with the order number so our team can better serve you and confirm if the order has been cancelled.
